Credit Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments for credits. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used. If you have purchased credits but haven't used any, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Partial Refunds

If you've used some of your credits and are not satisfied, we may offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll work with you.
